Ok so this hairstyle is easy! Unfortunately, you have to be superstar to make it look real. So first,change your medoll's hairstyle to the one in the first picture. Next, get the Honey Blonde hair dye from Doree, and put it on. Last, get the tan headband (i suggest at least 3) from Splendid, and put them on your medoll, one after another. Voila!
